Sealing Your Homes Interior

Imagine if you will that your home is an ice cooler. Now picture your cooler (home) with 30 holes drilled in it. Will it stay cold as long as a cooler with no holes? Of course, the answer is no. Here at SEI  we can help point out those holes.

And by sealing your homes interior you help keep more cold air in your home while keeping the outside air where it belongs; outside. When it comes to your home the law of equilibrium is constantly in effect. The law of equilibrium states " That the outside temperature and humidity is constantly trying to make the inside temperature and humidity of your home the same." In other words if the outside temperature is 90 degrees and the humidity is 80%. You can expect that any air leak in your home is constantly sucking cold air out and pushing 90 degree temps and 80% humidity in.
